| Diane,
The flowers were a hit, can't wait to use them
again. Here are some pics.

Dear Diane,
The new shipment of sugared pansies were perfect.
I served them -- of course on a silver platter
(photo attached) - at a big luncheon here and
they were the hit of the party.
They were beautiful and delicious and I wish
you extra special good wishes for your business
- and again, my sincere thanks.

Dear Diane,
Thank you for your response to my e-mail inquiry.
As a person who believes that customer service
is dead in our world today, it was especially
gratifying to receive your very personal
e-mail sent in such a timely way. Thank
you. I am a writer and fund raiser and know
the importance of creating good will in those
from whom we would like to receive business/charitable
gifts.
I will call you to order a sample for my daughter
and daughter-in-law, both of whom are wonderful
bakers. And yes, I did learn of Sweet
Fields from the article in the New York Times.
I look forward to receiving your catalog.
And, again, good luck! Shirley

Dear Diane & John,
The crystallized flowers came by Fed Ex just a
few moments ago. The "sweet girl" that you
allude to in your e-mail note was ecstatic to
receive them. She is a gourmet cook who
has two nieces (6-year old identical twins) and
they will be the recipients of flowered cup-cakes,
flowered brulees and flowered desserts of every
kind for some time to come. I think the
gift of the crystallized flowers have made my
friend's day, so to speak. We plan to dine
out for dinner tonight. It should be a very
special evening (in part, because of your beautiful crystallized
flowers).
Thanks ever so much for your kindness and help.
Sincerely,
-Bill Henry
I just read about your company in the Houston
Chronicle. Just wanted to let you know you have
a wonderful product. I will be ordering from you
in the near future and I know I will be the envy
of my relatives. (I'll tell them about you after
the fact of course.) Thanks again for the added
"touch of class" I will be bringing
to my average baking skills.
Sincerely,
Daphne A. Colebrooke
I was talking to Dortha Seligman tonight and
she told me about the wonderful crystallized flowers
she ordered from you and what a hit they were
at a tea she gave. I am interested in ordering
some for myself. She mentioned that there would
soon be tea roses as well as pansies and snapdragons.
I would love to take some of the flowers home
to England; what fun they would be to use with
my English friends!
Thank you.
Sincerely,
Sharon Freed
Dear Diane, they were delivered. She does, indeed,
love them. Says they are absolutely GORGEOUS.
I can't wait to see them, myself. Thank you for
such good service.
